The DC Latino Leadership Council is a non-profit organization that educates and advocates on behalf of the Latino community within the Districts of Columbia and the greater Washington DC metropolitan area with matters that affect their daily life.
We engage the community by conducting research, writing issue papers, convening forums, and organizing free lectures in schools, libraries, and other public venues.
“Education is the key to unlock the golden door of freedom.”
-George Washington Carver
To maximize our effort on educating and empowering the Latino community, we partner and collaborate with other organizations.
We also provide internships and volunteer opportunities to high school and college students of all ethnic backgrounds who wish to learn and help impact the Latino community.
